摘要:以某车型内分型保险杠模具为例,通过UG软件设计内分型保险杠模具3D数据后,对该模具核心机构进行运动仿真创建,然后再进行系统性干涉检查,将模具运动机构所有干涉问题,在设计阶段进行规避,实现模具制造成本的降低和模具交付周期的缩短。

Simulation of complex mechanism and application of systematic interference inspection for large injection mould

Abstract: Taking an inner-parting mould for bumpers as an example, the 3D data of the mould was obtained through the UG software. Its core mechanism motion simulation was founded. Then, it avoided all the motion interference problems in the design stage by using the systematic interference inspection. Thus, it reduced the mould manufacturing cost and shortened the mould delivery cycle.
