摘要:通过对带灯行李箱锁总成壳体的结构进行分析,找出了多处障碍体、型孔型槽和运动干涉要素,设计了对应的注射模成型方案,采用了斜向脱模方式,避免了2处显性障碍体对壳体脱模的阻挡;采用了垂直抽芯,避免了垂直型孔型芯隐性障碍体对壳体斜向脱模的影响;采用活动块成型长型槽型芯隐性障碍体,成型2处自攻螺纹孔底孔隐性障碍体,采用了壳体成型后以辅助机械加工的方法;左右后3个侧面型孔和型槽,采用了水平斜导柱滑块抽芯成型;动定模二次分型的时差水平抽芯,避免了前侧面2处长方形孔型芯与型槽型芯垂直相交抽芯以及垂直型孔型芯与壳体脱模运动之间的运动干涉。经生产实践,该注射模一次试模便成功注射出合格样件。

Design of injection mould for assembly shell of luggage lock with lamp

Abstract: Through the structure analysis on the assembly shell of luggage lock with lamps, many barriers, holes and grooves and movement interference parts were found out, and the corresponding model structure scheme was drawn up. The method of diagonally demoulding was adopted to avoid the obstruction of the two dominant barriers. Vertical core-pulling was used to avoid the influence of a vertical type core recessive barrier on the oblique demoulding of shell. For forming the core recessive barriers with long groove, the move block was used. Two threaded holes at the bottom of recessive barriers wereprocessed by adopting the assist mechanical method after the shell was formed. The core-pulling method with the horizontal angle guide pillar and slider was adopted to form the three lateral holes and grooves on the left and right. Horizontal core-pulling was finished at the time of secondary parting, which avoided the movement interference between the cores at the front of the mould. The qualified parts were obtained at the first test of the injection mould.
