摘要:通过对轿车点火开关锁壳的形体进行分析,在选取分型面后,零件除了2种内孔和一侧面型槽不需要采用侧向抽芯外,其他3个侧面均由多种型槽、型孔、圆柱体和凸台构成,采取3处侧向抽芯,设计1模2腔结构的压铸模。采用分流锥缓和锌合金熔体注入时的冲刷,采用Y形分浇道以避开一侧面型槽的成型,设计的压铸模可顺利完成开闭、抽芯运动和锁壳脱模及脱凝料。选用的压铸模钢材进行退火、保护性淬火、回火及软氮化处理,可避免锁壳成型时出现畸变、开裂、脱碳、氧化和腐蚀等现象。

Design of die-casting die for automobile ignition switch lock shell

Abstract: By analyzing the shape of the lock shell of the ignition switch and selecting the parting surface, three core-pulling mechanisms need for three profiles with groove, hole, cylinder and boss, and a die-casting die with two cavities was designed. A split cone was applied to ease the washing of zinc alloy melt, and a Y-shaped runner was used to avoid the side groove forming. The die-casting die could smoothly open and close, pull the core and demould. The new zinc-alloy die-casting steel was applied for annealing, protective quenching, tempering and soft nitriding treatment, so as to prevent the lock shell from distortion, cracking, decarbonization, oxidation and corrosion.
