摘要:针对模具制造过程中遇到的合模问题,结合模具生产制造流程,分别从模具结构设计、模具生产工序及模具研合流程等方面给出了提高冲模零件型面研合率的方法。经生产验证,型面整体补偿、模具结构优化以及模具生产工序优化可以有效减少模具研合工作量,缩短模具研合周期,提高模具开发效率。

Abstract: In view of the die clamping problem encountered in the die manufacturing process, combined with the die manufacturing process, several methods for improving the die lapping-in rate were proposed from the aspects of die structure design, die production process and dielapping-in process. The production verified that it could effectively reduce the workload of the dielapping-in by optimizing the overall compensation of the surface and the die structure and production process, which shortened the lapping-in cycle of the die
