摘要:基于数理统计分析原理,研究样本均值与方差变化在汽车覆盖件尺寸稳定性监测与控制上的应用,通过对门内板零件关键测点尺寸进行抽样与统计分析,形成质量控制图-X -R,并通过控制图的走势识别零件尺寸的变异情况。在此基础上针对尺寸波动区域确定缺陷产生机理,并制定修模方案以矫正控制图的偏差,为汽车覆盖件的质量控制与企业的生产管理提供借鉴。

Research on dimensional stability of automobile cover panel based on mathematical statistics analysis

Abstract: Based on the principle of mathematical statistics analysis, the application of sample mean and variance change in the dimensional stability monitoring and control of the automobile cover panels was studied. The quality control chart named X bar-R was formed by sampling and statistical analysis of the key measuring points of the door inner panel. And the variation of the parts' size was identified by analyzing the trend of the X bar-R chart. On this basis, the defect generation mechanism was defined for the size fluctuation area, and the die modification scheme was formulated to correct the deviation of the X bar-R chart, which provided a reference for the quality control of the automobile cover panel and the production management of enterprises.
