摘要:为方便模具调整与保证零件成形尺寸精度,设计了1副锰铜合金横排材料C形系列零件的级进模,模具通过布置多个可选的工位、在线凸模调整结构和更换镶件,可生产多种厚度规格和纵向尺寸精度要求高的零件,满足合金零件的电阻值要求。该模具结构紧凑,节约成本,适应性广,方便操作和管理,在生产实践中能保证零件成形质量,达到精确、高效的目的。

Design of progressive die for C-shaped bending parts

Abstract: In order to facilitate the adjustment of dies and ensure the dimensional accuracy of parts, a progressive die for C-shape parts with manganese-copper alloy horizontally-bonded materials was designed. The die could produce a variety of parts with thickness and high longitudinal dimensional accuracy requirements by setting optional multi-stations and adjusting the punches online and changing inserts, which met the resistance requirements of alloy parts. The die structure was compact and used widely, also with convenient operation and management. In the practical production, the forming quality of parts could be guaranteed.
