摘要:根据U-PVC的熔体特性,确定U-PVC熔体为非牛顿流体,引入拉比诺维茨修正的哈根-伯肃叶公式,介绍了塑料异型材挤出模模头的熔体压力理论分析方法和模头流道压力计算方式,对熔体压力在模头中流道的分布和影响压力分布的要素进行分析,通过与生产过程中所测熔体压力数据进行对比,确定该压力计算方法的准确性,为U-PVC塑料异型材挤出模头的熔体流道压力的设计提供理论依据。

Analysis on melt pressure of plastic profile in die head of extrusion die

Abstract: According to the melt characteristics of U-PVC, the U-PVC melt is defined as non-Newtonian fluid, and the Hagen-Poiseuille equation modified by Rabinowitz was applied. The theoretical analysis and calculation method of the melt pressure in the die head of extrusion die were presented. And the distribution of the melt pressure of plastic profile in the die head runner and the factors affecting the pressure distribution were analyzed, which were compared with the melt pressure data measured in the production process to ensure the accuracy of the pressure calculation method. It provided a theoretical basis for the design of the melt pressure in the die head runner of extrusion die for U-PVC plastic profile
