摘要:基于AutoForm R6 软件,以某汽车前门框上边梁内板为例,阐述了热成形工艺方案及模拟分析方法,总结了热成形过程中的问题及处理办法,并研究了保压压力对冷却速率的影响规律。

Abstract: Taking the inner plate of the upper beam on the automotive front door frame as an example, based on the Autoform R6 software, the hot forming process and the simulation analysis method were expounded. Finally, the problems in the hot forming process and the treatment methods were summarized, and the influence of holding pressure on cooling rate was studied.
