摘要:采用POLYFLOW软件对异形玻璃瓶的成型过程进行模拟分析,分析成型过程中玻璃熔体的流动情况及壁厚分布情况,得出异形玻璃瓶的初型设计经验公式,由此获得较理想的异形玻璃瓶外形尺寸与初型模内腔尺寸的关联关系。结合NX二次开发技术和VB语言编程技术开发了异形玻璃瓶模具智能设计系统,包括异形玻璃瓶模型的模板文件、异形玻璃瓶模具的主体结构设计模块、玻璃模的配件数据库三大模块。

Prototype design of special-shaped glass bottle and development of intelligent design system for mould

Abstract: The simulation software POLYFLOW was used to simulate and analyze the forming process of the special-shaped glass bottle, including the flow of glass melt and the distribution of wall thickness during the forming process. The empirical formulas for the prototypedesign of the special-shaped glass bottle were summarized and extracted. Thus, an ideal relationship between the shape and size of the special-shaped glass bottle and the size of the inner cavity of the preliminary die was obtained. Combining NX secondary development technology and VB language programming technology, the intelligent design system for special-shaped glass bottle mould was developed. The design system consists of three modules: the template file of special-shaped glass bottle model, the main structure design module of special-shaped glass bottle mould, the spare parts database of glass mould.
