标题:工艺参数对齿轮滚轧成形过程的影响研究

摘要:采用有限元方法对齿轮滚轧成形过程产生折叠、凸耳缺陷的原因进行分析,利用正交试验方法研究滚轧过程中成形温度、摩擦因数、进给速度3个因素对成形过程的影响。模拟结果与数据分析表明:滚轧成形过程中,进给速度对材料等效应力影响最大;3个因素对坯料的等效应变影响相差不大;成形温度对成形载荷的影响最大。以滚轧过程产生缺陷、减小滚压力为目标,确定滚轧成形工艺方案。

Study on influence of technological parameters on gear rolling process

Abstract: The causes of fold and lug defects in the gear rolling process were analyzed by finite element method. The orthogonal test method was used to study the influence of three factors that forming temperature, friction factor and feed speed of the forming process. The simulation results and data analysis showed that during the rolling process, the feed rate has the greatest impact on the material equivalent stress, and the influence of the three factors on the equivalent strain of the was close, and the forming temperature has the greatest impact on the forming load. With the aim of producing defects and reducing rolling pressure in rolling process, the rolling process was determined.
