标题：侧围B柱上边梁弯曲缺陷的原因分析

摘要：侧围外板属于汽车外覆盖件，成形工艺复杂，B柱上边梁位置是外观缺陷的高发区域，通过对侧围B柱的成形过程和B柱上边梁应力状态进行分析，并采用试验验证及对标分析的方法，确定缺陷问题产生的根本原因，并制定了防止缺陷再发生的对策。

Abstract: Through the analysis on the forming process of the side wall B-pillar and the stress state of the roof side frame on the B-pillar, the method of experimental verification and benchmarking analysis were carried out. It confirmed the root cause of the problems and formulated the fundamental countermeasures to prevent the defects from forming again.
