标题:基于NX12.0的注射模型芯数控铣削编程的实践与研究

摘要:通过分析成型塑料轮的型芯结构,指出在进行数控编程时应根据模具结构对型芯进行适当修改,并以NX12.0为载体,首先在型芯上删除推杆孔,预留碰穿位,再对型芯进行数控编程,然后对所编写的数控刀路进行仿真,最后强调了只有同时掌握模具结构和编程软件,才能成为一名合格的编程工程师。

Practice and research on NC milling programming of injection mould core based on NX12.0

Abstract: By analyzing the structure of the core for plastic wheel, it pointed out that the mould part should make appropriately change according to the mould structure in the process of numerical control programming. Taking the NX12.0 as a carrier, firstly delete the pin holes at the top of the core and set the parting line.Then write the CNC program for the core andsimulate the tool path. It emphasized that only master the mould structure and programming software to be a qualified programming engineer.
