摘要:针对A286高温合金,利用Gleeble 1500D试验机对其在室温下的应力应变关系进行研究,将获得的数据导入DeForm-3D数值模拟软件中,对该类型材料的挤压性能进行分析和总结。利用数值模拟软件对螺母的挤压成形工艺进行分析,论证挤压工艺的可行性和关键模具零件的受力,并设计高温合金螺母挤压成形模。经过实际验证,采用大变形量的挤压后,再经过时效处理能提升高温合金自锁螺母的轴向载荷。

Study on extrusion forming technology for high temperature alloy nut and the die design

Abstract: Aiming at the high temperature alloy A286, the stress-strain relationship at 20 ℃ was studied by using Gleeble 1500D test machine. The obtained data were imported into deForm-3D numerical simulation software to analyze and summarize the extrusion performance of the material. The extrusion forming process of nuts was simulated by numerical simulation software. Its feasibility and the stress analysis of key die parts were demonstrated. The cold extrusion forming die for high temperature alloy nuts was designed. It was verified by practices that the axial load of the high temperature alloy self-locking nut could be increased after the cold extrusion with large deformation and the aging treatment.
