摘要:根据支架座铸件的结构特点及铝合金ADC14的材料性能,分析了铸件的成型工艺,设计了单腔式压铸模,采用3个侧滑块抽芯,选用通用型两板模架。实践证明:模具结构布局合理,机构设置简单可靠,可为同类铸件的模具设计提供参考。

Design of die casting die for ADC14 bracket support

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics of the bracket support casting and the properties of aluminum alloy ADC14, based on the analysis of the casting process, a single cavity die casting die was designed. The die adopted general two-plate die set, and three side sliders were used to core-pulling. Practice proved that the die structure was reasonable and the mechanism was simple and reliable.
