标题:轻量化耐腐蚀复合材料铺叠模制造技术研究

摘要:介绍了复合材料铺叠模成型飞机结构件的重要性,针对目前该类型模具在使用过程中常见的质量重易腐蚀的问题,选择G48工程塑料为制造材料,对模具整体结构、制造工艺等方面进行改进,叙述了一种轻量化的耐腐蚀复合材料铺叠模的设计制造技术,使该类型模具轻量化且防锈蚀。

Research on manufacturing technology of laying die for corrosion resistant and lightweight composite materials

Abstract: The importance of laying die for composite materials applied in moulding aircraft structural components was introduced. For solving the common problems about heavy weight and easy corrosion of these moulds, the G48 engineering plastic was selected as the raw materials and the mould overall structure, manufacturing processing were improved. It described the design and manufacturing technology of a laying die for lightweight and corrosion-resistant composite in detail, which made the die lightweight and anti-corrosion.
