标题:京津冀模具行业智能制造转型升级高职人才需求调研分析

摘要:京津冀模具规模企业生产水平以工业3.0为主,正在进行工业3.0到4.0智能制造转型升级,其人才需求要求高职学生拥有模具专业背景,掌握机械制造专业知识与技能,同时兼具一定的自动化控制技术,为满足企业转型升级人才需求,高职院校在人才培养过程中应注重行业背景下对学生进行机电复合型技能的培养,应确保学生掌握工业机器人应用操作技能与智能生产计划管理专业技能。

Investigation and analysis on higher vocational talents demand in the process of intelligent manufacturing transformation of die & mould industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

Abstract: The production level of die & mould scale enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is mainly industrial 3.0, and intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading of industrial 3.0 to 4.0 are underway. The demand for talents requires that vocational student need a professional background in die & mould, master mechanical manufacturing expertise and skills, and know certain automation control technologies. In order to meet the needs of talents for corporate transformation and upgrading, higher vocational colleges should focus on the cultivation of students' electromechanical complex skills in the context of the industry in the process of talent training and ensure that students master industrial robot application operation skills and intelligent production plan management professional skills.
