摘要：介绍了带加强筋的Z形弯曲件的结构，采用1副弯曲模完成了零件2个方向的弯曲和中间压筋的成形。设计的模具结构简单、紧凑，满足了零件成形尺寸、形状精度的要求，提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本。

Abstract: The structure of Z bending part with stiffeners was introduced. A set of bending die was used to complete the bending of parts in two directions and the forming of the rib in the middle of part. The design die structure was simple and compact, which met the requirements of part’s size and precision.
