摘要:针对汽车后门外板采用铝材时,冲压成形过程中容易产生回弹问题,以某SUV车型铝后门外板为例,利用AutoForm 软件对其冲压全工序进行仿真模拟,通过采用合理的工艺方法和模具结构,减小成形零件的回弹,再进行拉深整体回弹补偿,解决了该零件成形回弹的问题。

Research on springback compensation of aluminum rear door outer panel

Abstract: When the rear door outer panel of automobile is made of aluminum plate, springback is easy to occur in the stamping process. Taking a SUV aluminum rear door outer panel as an example, the whole stamping process was simulated by using AutoForm software. The springback of parts will be effectively reduced by adopting reasonable process method and die structure. Then the drawing springback compensation was carried out, which effectively solved the springback problem of the part.
