摘要:根据汽车放物盒壳体的结构特点,对其外观、功能、成型、熔接痕等进行分析,并阐述其注射模的设计,设计时考虑模具零件加工工艺性和装配合理性,确保模具结构的可靠性、稳定性和安全性。实践证明:注射成型的塑件外观质量满足客户要求。

Design of injection mould for boxshell in automobile

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics of the storage boxshell in automobiles, the appearance, function, moulding, weld line of the product were analyzed. The design of injection mould was illustrated. The processing technology and assembly rationality of the injection moold should be fully considered to ensure the reliability, stability, and safety of the injection mould. Practices proved that the plastic parts’quality met customer’s needs.
