摘要:从板料冲压成形机理的角度,阐述了车身冲压件在调试过程中的缺陷及产生原因,并以某车型发动机盖外板为例,对其在模具调试过程中出现的刚性不足、面畸变等质量缺陷,从制件特征、材质属性、模具零件型面设计、工艺参数等方面进行了研究。借助CAE技术对板料的冲压成形过程进行仿真分析,制定了相应的解决方案,经现场验证,最终获得了调试合格的制件。

Analysis and solution of debugging problem in cover outer panel of car

Abstract: From the perspective of sheet metal stamping forming mechanism, the typical defects and causes of car body stamping parts in the debugging process were explained. Taking the outer plate of engine cover as an example, the quality defects such as insufficient rigidity and surface distortion occurred in the process of die debugging were studied from the aspects of product characteristics, material properties, profile design of die parts, and process parameters. By means of CAE technology, the stamping process of sheet metal was simulated and analyzed, and specific solutions were formulated. Finally, the qualified parts were obtained after verification.
