摘要:介绍了高强钢圆角弯曲回弹、立面卷曲回弹、整体扭曲回弹的表现形式,分析了回弹机理,并基于AutoForm 仿真分析软件对冲压成形全工序进行回弹模拟和迭代补偿,提出了通过优化产品结构与冲压工艺来控制高强钢回弹的方法,在CN210S右前大梁成形中取得了良好的效果。

Analysis on stamping springback of high strength steel and control method in automobile

Abstract: The springback forms of high strength steel such as round angle bending, vertical face curling, and overall twisting were introduced. And the springback mechanism was analyzed. Based on AutoForm simulation analysis software, the springback simulation and iteration compensation of the whole stamping process were carried out. The control method that optimizing product structure and stamping process was proposed, which achieved good results in the right front beam of the CN210S project.
