摘要:针对某汽车后视镜一体式外壳进行了注射工艺分析,设计了1 副1 模2 腔的热流道两板注射模,模具采用扇形浇口、滑块外抽芯机构、斜推杆内抽芯机构、二次推出机构,为保证塑件的成型质量,模具还采用了气辅成型技术。实践证明,该模具结构紧凑、工作过程稳定,成型的塑件质量良好。

Design of injection mould for integrated shell of rearview mirror

Abstract: According to the analysis of the injection process for the integrated shell of rearview mirror, a two-plate injection mould with 2 cavities and hot runner was designed. It adopted sector gate, outer core-pulling mechanism with slider, inner core-pulling mechanism with inclined ejector pin, and secondary ejection mechanism. In order to ensure the moulding quality of plastic parts, the gas assisted forming technology was applied. The practice showed that the mould structure was compact, the working process was stable, and moulded plastics were qualified.
